Fortumex Business Community Membership Policy

Section 1: General Membership Guidelines

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Impersonation of another person is prohibited and will lead to expulsion.

• Membership may be revoked for failing to comply with community standards.

1. Behavior Expectations

• Members are expected to act with respect, professionalism, and integrity at all times.

• Any harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will result in permanent removal.

• All members must be cooperative and constructive in their interactions.

• Hostile behavior, aggressive demands, or any form of violence is strictly prohibited.

• Personal attacks on other members, either publicly or privately, will result in immediate expulsion.

2. Conflict Resolution

• Disputes between members should be handled through private communication or mediation via Fortumex administrators.

• Members should avoid confrontational public forums and resolve issues respectfully.

• Fortumex has the final say in resolving disputes.

Section 3: Data Protection and Privacy

• Sharing sensitive business practices, trade secrets, or confidential materials is prohibited.

Section 4: Financial Transactions and Membership Fees

Section 5: Promotion, Marketing, and External Promotion

1. Advertising and Marketing Restrictions

• Unsolicited marketing or sales pitches will result in immediate expulsion from the community.

• External promotional activities under the Fortumex name are prohibited unless authorized.

• Members must not use the community for pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other unethical practices.

2. Product/Service Promotion Guidelines

• Pre-approval is required for promoting a product or service within the community.

• Members must disclose any commercial affiliations and partnerships.

• Any affiliations or partnerships with external organizations must be approved by Fortumex.

Section 6: Community Participation and Interaction

1. Engagement Expectations

• Active participation in discussions, events, and activities is required for continued membership.

• Engaging in unnecessary arguments or hostile conversations that undermine the community's purpose will result in removal.

• Misleading content, fake news, or false claims will be removed, and disciplinary action will follow.

• Members must respect the copyright and intellectual property of others.

• Inorganic commenting or fake engagement to manipulate interactions is strictly forbidden.

Section 7: External Communication and Use of Fortumex Brand

1. Brand Protection

• Members must not use the Fortumex name or logo without explicit permission.

• Fortumex reserves all rights to its branding and trademarks.

• Unauthorized use of the Fortumex brand for personal or commercial gain will result in legal action.

2. Promotions Outside the Community

• Promoting community content or member profiles outside designated platforms is prohibited.

• Spreading external promotional material or advertisements within Fortumex channels without consent is a violation.

• Sharing external links for promotional purposes requires Fortumex approval.

Section 8: Community Events and Networking Sessions

1. Discipline During Events

• Members must maintain respect and discipline during community events, webinars, and networking sessions.

• Interruptions, distractions, or unrelated discussions during events are prohibited.

• Disrespecting guest speakers or event hosts will result in immediate removal from the session.

• Members must follow the agenda and remain professional throughout the event.

2. Event Organization

• Members are prohibited from organizing or hosting events on behalf of Fortumex without prior written approval.

• Any external events under the Fortumex name must be approved and monitored by the administration.

• Fortumex reserves the right to control the format, content, and theme of community events.

Section 9: Disciplinary Actions
